You are now working on the story of the last picture to be made under the agreement between us of April 8th, 1935.
It is understood that such work on the story constitutes a "commencement" of the picture so as in all respects to comply with paragraph ninth and other paragraphs of said agreement -- and even if the actual shooting does not begin before July 22nd, 1935 nevertheless the picture has been "commenced" and will be completed by you after expiration of the year term of the agreement.
